Carol
Lucia
Carol Lucia is a member of the
Garden Club of St. Petersburg, Florida and has held
many offices and chairmanships. She is a Life Member
of National Garden Clubs, Florida Federation of Garden
Clubs, and FFGC Hall of Fame as well as the Pillar
of Pride. She is a former District VIII Director, Judges
Council Director, NGC Accredited Master Judge, Landscape
Design Consultant, as well as a Gardening and Environmental
Consultant. She serves currently as the FFGC Floral
Design Study Courses Chairman. Carol has had designs
in state and national calendars and exhibited at EPCOT
International Flower and Garden Festival. She is a
longtime CFAA member and studied under Bob Thomas in
the American Guild of Flower Arrangers, the forerunner
of the CFAA organization.
