Sue Pryor Kerslake

Sue Pryor Kerslake is a talented flower arranger and designer of national and international experience.  Sue Pryor KerslakeShe moved to the Northwest in late 2003 from Florida where she holds a Life Membership in FFGC and is a Life Member. Sue brings with her the status of Life Judge and is a National Garden Club Flower Show School Instructor. Her experiences as a designer add to her understanding of the variety of design types in NGC. Her extensive travel as a demonstrator and judge enable her to create new and intriguing floral designs. She has shared her knowledge and design skills around the USA and both South and Central America. Her dynamic personality adds greatly to her programs and she is in demand as a speaker/designer/demonstrator.


A design featuring Paddleball rackers, Ti leaves, dried yucca and dracaena.

Sue celebrates a newfound interest in "Paddleball" as a sport and for fun.


The design is entitled, "Cow Tipping" from  "Ferdinand the Bull" - a children's book that she enjoyed reading along with her sister as a child.

Featured are: sunflowers, palmetto and silver propane tops with a metal sculpture.


"Snorkeling" is depicted in this design. The design incorporates misters, SCUBA gear, birds-of-paradise in a gorgeous container, all culminating in a riot of vibrant color and dynamic rhythms.


"Board Games" is the interpretation of Sue's design featuring a backgammon board complemented by liatris and sansevieria.


"Road Trip" is a design inspired by a trip taken by Sue to Flagstaff, Arizona. Fasciated mullein takes center stage, enhanced by Xanadu foliage.
