Char MutschlerCHAR MUTSCHLER presented an outstanding program that was truly enjoyed by all. Char hails from Salem, Oregon, and is a National Garden Club Master Judge. She is an Instructor of Floral Design, and has been giving classes, symposiums, seminars and workshops throughout the United States for over thirty years. She is a consulting Rosarian, an active member of the American Rose Society and several local Rose Societies and is Rose Chairman for the Pacific Northwest District. She is also very active in the Oregon Trail Iris Society, Ikebana International and Wilmette Bonsai Society. |
