Phyllis Brown


 


Phyllis is a native West Virginian. She enjoys gardening, especially herbs. She holds a Master's Degree in Horticulture from West Virginia University. Phyllis served as Director of the Wheeling Civic Garden Center at Oglebay Park, Wheeling, WV, for 37 years. She is a Master Flower Show Judge; President of the West Virginia Flower Show Judges' Council; President of the Floral Arts GC, and Treasurer of CFAA.  She has presented floral design programs at the American Guild of Floral Arrangers (AGFA), and in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, West Virginia, South Carolina, and Nassau.

A design using a manifold--Phyllis called it "Manifold Man," as the car part actually resembled a tiny man!
